Sat 3rd September - Sculptured Cuffs

These are wide bracelets without fasteners. They are all embellished with colourful geometric patterns in high relief. They are the result of much experimenting with layering and sculpting. There are five different designs of increasing complexity. All are worked in Peyote stitch.

Sun 4th September - Hexagonal Tiles

Pairs of connected hexagons are hooked over stiffly wrapped cord and stitched all round to make them look like upholstered tiles. Each one has a different pattern. They are separated from each other by nautical knots made with the same wrapped cord. The collar is fastened with my 'signature' set of beaded cuff-links. All are worked in Peyote stitch. There will also be a study-session on knots.
