Due to the transaction costs of processing an order, we have a nominal minimum order value of £5.00.
If the value of your order (without postage costs) is below this amount, you will be informed when viewing your shopping cart.

Goods will be sent by First Class post unless Special Delivery is requested.

*Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery by 1pm (Royal Mail exceptions apply), on orders despatched by us before 3pm. A signature is required upon receipt.

NOTE: Special Delivery Orders despatched on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Place your order by printing off our Order Form making cheques payable to Witch Beads Ltd and sending it to the address printed on the form.

To save us both time, please date and sign your cheque, but do not fill in the amount. Add a nominal 10% to your calculated total (to cover possible errors etc.) and write "not to exceed £......" underneath your signature. This is completely secure and allows for minor adjustments if, for example, any item is out of stock.

Our aim is to despatch orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday on the same day. On some occasions this may not be possible but every attempt will be made to despatch your order within 48hrs.

Our beads are of the highest quality, but colour does occasionally vary from batch to batch, so we suggest that you buy sufficient quantities to complete your project.

If colour fastness is an issue, it is advisable to consider testing before use, we do not test for colour fastness.

All weights and quantities are approximations and may vary slightly in weight and content.

Our quality of service and goods is such that returns should not be necessary, if however you have reason be dissatisfied please contact us by telephone 01908 311243, we will be happy to help resolve the situation promptly.

If an item is found to be faulty, or is not the item you ordered, we will immediately replace it or refund your payment providing you notify us by telephone within 48 hours of receipt, 01908 311243.

If the item is not faulty and your order has been correctly processed, we will exchange it or refund the price of the item (excluding carriage and packing), provided that it is returned within 14 days, with its seal intact.

For your own protection, always obtain and retain proof of posting.
